This has been rather difficult to write and will be added when I am able to complete it.

This site to inform men about Putative Father Registries is dedicated to Joseph Matthew Jazz. Joseph’s mother, Symphony Corrin Herrera (Manke), put him up for adoption without his father, Joshua Robert Simmerson’s, consent.  We hope that from Joseph’s example and the info on this page, other children will be able to grow up with their fathers.
